Kamal Hossain (Our Principal)

The principal of the firm Mohammad Hossain qualified as a Chartered Accountant and became an 'Associate' of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1976 and then became a 'Fellow' of the Institute in 1982.

In addition he also gained the qualification of the Chartered Building Societies Institute and became an Associate member of the institute in 1982 and then in 1988 became a fellow of the institute. Finally, in 1993 he became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Since 1992 he has also been a member of the VAT Tribunal and played an active role in attending case hearing and decision making.

Prior to setting up the full time practice Mohammad Hossain gained valuable professional experience for many years by working for various well known firms of Chartered Accountants, and as a head of internal audit department of a Building Society.

During his last two employments covering a period of over 12 years, the principal was actively involved in operating personal computers and leading software. Through this he gained an in depth knowledge and became highly computer literate. He has produced his own book-keeping and accounts production package which are used by our firm and our clients.

Rosemarie Hossain (Payroll Manager)

Rosemarie joined the firm when we first started our business. Initially she started mainly to provide secretarial services. However, over the years she gained valuable experience in dealing with our clients Payroll, VAT returns and company secretarial services.

She has been making positive contributions for the efficient and smooth running of our firm.

Sheetal Patel (Accounts and Audit)

Sheetal joined the firm in 1997 as a trainee accountant studying for the chartered certified accountancy qualification, qualifying in 2001. She is now an experienced and most dedicated member of our staff. She is mainly responsible for dealing with our accounts, audit and tax matters.

She also provides training to our clients who intend to use our book keeping software.

M U Ahmed (Accounts and Audit)

Our team of professionals include M U Ahmed, who is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Auditor. He has worked for various reputable organisations both in the UK and abroad. He has brought in a wealth of experience to this firm, which undoubtedly benefits our clients.

Suna Grainger (Accounts assistant)

Suna is a new member of part-time staff. She joined us recently to receive training in accountancy and is studying for the accounting qualification (AAT).

She has been involved in processing financial data of our clients business for the completion of VAT returns and for the year end financial accounts. She is enthusiastic, very hardworking and always willing to learn.

Robert Peck (Book-Keeping/Payroll assistant)

Robert came to our firm as a school student for work experience in 1998 and later decided join us as a part time member of staff. He has been trained to process clients accounting data for the completion of VAT returns and for the year end financial accounts. He is young, energetic, very helpful and always willing to learn

Simon Hossain (I.T Manager)

Simon, the youngest member of the firm, joined on a part time basis in 2003 doing book-keeping tasks. As the organisations needs from its I.T system has grown, Simon has been able to use his computer expertise and knowledge to the benefit of the firm. He has set up the current computer network which the business uses and is now I.T Manager, dealing with all computer related issues and being the first call of support should there be any problems with the computer systems, whilst still carrying out book keeping tasks.

Simon finished studying for a BSc in I.T at the University of Reading in 2009, obtaining a 1st class honours degree.

Kim Hoon (Book-Keeping/Payroll assistant)

Kim joined us in November 2005 to receive accounting training on a part time basis. He is studying for the accounting qualification (AAT). Being of Korean origin he is able to help us communicating with our Korean clients who have little or no knowledge of the English language.

Ashraf Hossain (Accounts preparation)

Ashraf is a qualified accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountant {ACCA}. He has gained extensive knowledge and experience in audit and accountancy by working for various professional firms. He offers our firm his support and help when required.
