The principal of the firm Mohammad Hossain also known as 'Kamal Hossain' is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is a

In addition, he was a member of the First-Tier Tribunal for many years.

Accounts Preparation 

Preparation of annual financial statements based on the book keeping, PAYE records etc. and other information supplied to us. Where appropriate, filing a copy of the accounts to the Companies House.

Book Keeping 

Writing up Sales and Purchase DayBook, Cash Book and Petty Cash Book. Checking entries on bank statements with cash book and reconciling the balance.

General Consultancy

Business plan and raising finance 

Having contact with leading banks and other financial institutions who can provide finances for business. Cashflow forecast and projected Profit & Loss Account to assist you in raising finance.

Taxation 

Business Tax: 

Preparation of schedule D computations including calculation of capital allowances.

Completion of annual self-assessment tax return including supplementary returns based on the business accounts, income from land and property, employment earnings, capital gains etc. as appropriate.
